I just want to thank the Lord for the miraculous change in Isaac Coplands hand on Thursday! He has a total of 12 incisions in his hand and arm. Keep praying for a complete healing for Isaac and strength and help for his parents!

I have would like to request prayer
for some friends, The Dan Copland family, who are Missionarys in San Juan, Mexico. There oldest son Isaac was bitten on the hand by something extremilly posionious
And to make a long story short he is in the hospital and had some kind of surgery last night to help clean it or drain or someting of that sort. I dont know all the details but there could be nerve damage to his hand.
So Please pray for Isaac and his Family!

Today David went to the oral surgeon and had six teeth pulled! Four wisdom teeth and two molars ( I think). He did well, but is very uncomfortable.

I am in the process of finding a good digital camera and was wondering if anyone had a suggestion on brands, makes, etc.
I had a Kodak Easy share, but unfortunately it got dropped one to many times. =(
I have two little guys and use my camera all the time!!!
So if you have suggestions on a specific brand that you like, please leave a comment it would be most helpful!!!!

28 Years

For those of you who may not know, this is my first time posting on this Blog. This has normally been Rachel's hobby not mine. So, for those of you who enjoy her style or personality coming through.... I apologize in advance.

Today marks 28 years of marriage for 2 incredible people, my parents. I am sure that I have not always shown them the appreciation that I should. That does not mean that they do not deserve it.

I now have two sons of my own, and this adds immensely to the appreciation, admiration, and respect that I have for my Mom and Dad. I do not know anyone who models the kindness, love, responsibility, and forgiveness that I want my sons to see and emulate better than they do. I can only hope that I can show my sons the qualities that my parents have shown me.

This does not mean that they are "perfect" people. I have also witnessed in them the reverse gear that imperfect people sometimes need. I have rarely found them to be wrong, but I know that their Christianity is greater than their egos. This too I hope to model for my sons.

I find it far too easy to get caught up in life and forget important milestones. This, however, is one that I want to point out. I want to express my love and admiration for two of the most important people in my life, David and Twila Drummond.

We finally got a computer with Internet working again!!! Yeah!!! I mentioned in my last post about having problems with our computer, well I guess it had enough and decided to give up the ghost. My brother in law had been thinking about getting a new computer so he graciously gave us his old one. Then we had trouble with our Internet connection. Sooo finally the piece we needed came today!!!
A lot has happened lately and I will try to get caught up soon hopefully!

In the last couple of days my life has got even more interesting!!! My Baby has started crawling!!! for several months he has been scooting around mostly backwards. know I have to watch VERY closely! He has tryed twice to follow use out the door. Know he thinks its cool to started pulling him self up! I have a feeling it won't me long until he starts walking! This morning he woke up crying and was standing up in his bed which scared me because hes still in his bassinet. Guess its time to graduate!

My brother John's wife had a baby boy today! He was at least three weeks early
but definitely NOT small. He weighed 8 pounds 10 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Vistors, Lunar Eclipse and Key Finders

Last Thursday Davids brother Andy and his Girlfriend Christine were able to visit for a few days before they went on to Ukraine with Kirk. It was good to see them again. Davie loved to pull Uncle Andy to the piano and watch him play and then try to play with him.
Wednesday night we attempted to watch the Lunar Eclipse until the clouds made it impossible to see. I tried to show my two year old, but he was not impressed!
I got this wonderful invention called a key finder. well sometimes its wonderful other times a real nuisance. Its great when you misplace your key (which I have been doing alot lately) the only problem is alot of noises set it off not just whistling. anyway Wednesday night it went off during church several times while my sister in law Charity was singing a special and once when Davie started crying. thankfully the keys were buried in my diaper bag so I don't think to many people heard it.
